Beauty guru Neelam Modi obtained her training from India, and on moving to the United Kingdom in 1984, studied western beauty techniques at Redbridge College. To this day Neelam can still be found treating her clients hands-on within her Salon. The success of her business is the simple knowledge that "my clients have the trust and belief in Neelam Hair & Beauty".
In July 2005 she was awarded the Business Woman of the Year Award, by Newham Chamber of Commerce.
